Taylor Finley is Premier Sport Psychology’s Office Manager. Taylor oversees the day-to-day operations in the office and coordinates various projects. She assists with the Leadership U program at the University of Minnesota, manages client engagements, works on the Premier Mindset Program, provides continuous support to the psychologists and staff, and directs our sport psychology internship program.
Experience, Education, and Training
Taylor grew up in Edina, MN and graduated high school from Providence Academy in 2013. She recently graduated from Harvard University where she studied Psychology with a secondary in Sociology. At Harvard, she worked as a research assistant in Dr. Banaji’s Social Cognition Research Lab and Dr. Amy Cuddy’s research lab at Harvard Business School.
Taylor has played basketball since she can remember. In high school she was a two-time captain, five-time All-Conference selection, two-time All-State and All-Section selection, and led Providence Academy to a State Championship in 2012. She has also coached basketball, including 14U and 15U AAU teams for the MN Metro Stars and directed a high school basketball camp. She played Division I basketball at Harvard where she was the team captain for her senior year.
